😴 When I started doing #userresearch on video genAI tools, I was yawning a little bit, thinking: "it's just not there yet." And then I got to start working on UR for the Lightricks video genAI tool..... 🔥 and well, things turned around from there. Truly incredible -- link to join the waiting list and the TechCrunch article is in the first comment :)

With AI, the most powerful system we have — our human language — is now fused with the language of a machine. And very soon, for over 1 billion people on this planet, building software could be just as simple and joyful as stacking a Lego. Check out my TED Conferences talk below, featuring a live demo of GitHub Copilot Workspace. May the floodgates of nerditude swing wide open.

Partnering with distribution leaders to drive profitability, growth, and a competitive edge with tech that challenges the status quo | Consultant | Speaker | Podcaster | Managing Director
I love sharing what our team at ProfitOptics is doing to build better work for Distributors, and how we build solutions is a key part of that. 👷♂️👷♀️ It gives me great pride that we own our digital solutions from byte to business benefit. Our customers will tell you that ProfitOptics delivers software that is custom, enterprise-grade, and a true differentiator for their business. Delivering a great software experience involves many steps: Selling, planning, aligning, developing, testing, refining, launching, and maintaining. At the heart of all this is code. We're writing a lot of it. We write code with the client's interests at the center. And with AI, we're doing that more, faster, better. At ProfitOptics, LLC, in the entire software process, we're using AI to: - optimize the way we engage in business development - clarify internal comms - enhance stakeholder alignment - shorten onboarding and time-to-impact of new team members - empower our developers to go faster - build testing protocols to improve quality Throughout our AI adoption journey, we’re proactively considering risks. We're testing. We're improving. We're adapting when things don’t go as planned. We're pushing the limits of what software in Distribution should mean. We do all this, striving to improve with AI, in pursuit of one goal: To Build Better Work.

Industrial Engineer | Lean Manufacturing Engineer | Data Analytics | Supply Chain Management | Open to discussing all U.S.-based job opportunities
AI and natural language processing are transforming how we interact with technology, making it more accessible and intuitive for a broader range of people. Simplifying software development to the point where it's as easy and enjoyable as playing with Lego could democratize technology and empower more individuals to create and innovate. It's a fascinating evolution in the relationship between humans and machines.

What a year for Slite and the knowledge management category, in general 🔥 2023 started with one thing - opportunity. We quickly figured that AI can solve many knowledge management problems that were traditionally considered to be inevitable. As we focused on building the first knowledge base on autopilot, it helped us clear out a lot of noise, and ship insanely fast 🚀 With our AI Assistant Ask we were the first ones to leverage AI to help people find info faster - just by asking questions. Beyond finding, we've also made some big leaps in how AI can help teams create and manage information better. We set out to build Slite as the first knowledge base on autopilot and we couldn't be happier about how we're living up to that promise with every update. If you'd like to read more about how we re-thought knowledge management this year, Christophe wrote a great piece reflecting on our year and what's next. The link to the blog is in the comments below. Ultimately, I'm really proud of the team and everything we've built this year. And even more excited to show you guys what we're working on for 2024 💪 And yeah, Happy Holidays! 🎄
