However there was a few problems. 1. The structure was too small and too high to use ready mix concrete. 2. It was a difficult area to reach. It was at the outer and furthest area of the mall. 3. The tenant wanted it fast. 4. This had to be a night job as the mall is full of people in the day time. Our solution? 1 night to concrete the roof structure, managed by 2 supervisors, overseeing 3 groups of workers (manual concrete mixers and scoopers into the wheel barrows, wheel barrowing and pouring, the concrete levellers) using a massive 4 lane timber ramp Anything is possible: 1. with the right price 2. with the right team 3. with the right attitude 2 kinds of contractors in this world. The one that blames others or the one the finds a solution.
