The first day of the World Football Summit has come to an end, and I'd like to share some conclusions related to #FanEngagement: 👇🏽 1. Give #fans what they want, when they want it, and where they want it. Create a product that engages them and offers personalized fan services. (Olly Dale) 2. Owning your own channels and processes, such as monopolizing ticketing, will allow you to collect data, understand your fans better, and expand your database for more fruitful #partnerships.
