A 52-ft wall constructed with the lower 1/3 as rock-faced galvanized and the remaining 2/3 as vegetated wire form slope surround the site detention pond. Such a pretty shot from the roof of an episcopal parish in Timonium, MD! We recently provided a local church with a roof inspection. There were multiple voids in the sealing of the skylight curb and housing as well as tears and screw holes in the frame. The caulk had also deteriorated, causing water to infiltrate. There were also voids in the flashing and penetration areas, and the valleys had a few areas where flashing should be applied to prevent water into the cavity of the substrate.
