This year’s Women's Foodservice Forum (WFF) Conference was full of unforgettable experiences, authentic conversations and limitless opportunities.   Between making connections and finding inspiration, our teams also celebrated our very own Tonya Sult – Director of Operations for Greater Cincinnati – as a 2024 Change Maker. Tonya is always quick to raise her hand for any opportunity that strengthens her restaurants’ community connections and helps her teams grow.   We’re proud to stand shoulder-to-shoulder with Tonya and all our leaders in creating amazing opportunities for our people! #WFFLimitless #GenderEquity #FWRG

Empowering. Encouraging. Energizing. These are just some of the words our team members shared about their recent experience at the Women's Foodservice Forum (WFF) Conference in Dallas – where just last week, an amazingly talented group of female leaders from across First Watch Restaurants came together to connect, grow and be inspired. Leaders like Tonya Sult – our Director of Operations in Greater Cincinnati – who we were so proud to celebrate as a 2024 Industry Change Maker! As part of this award, Tonya will embark on a yearlong journey of personal and professional growth with a class of 40+ inspiring woman leaders from across our industry, and we couldn’t be more excited to cheer her on. Being together, I’m reminded of the privilege I have serving on the WFF Board of Directors and working shoulder-to-shoulder with fellow people-first champions to boldly go further and faster to advance gender equity. Thank you to Therese Gearhart, Krista M. Gibson, Dana Minton and the entire WFF team for providing this opportunity for our people and for so many others to be inspired by the limitless opportunities in front of us! If you attended the conference, I hope you also left feeling empowered, encouraged and energized. If you didn't attend, I encourage you to check out the Women's Foodservice Forum (WFF) website and see how you can get involved. This is a movement that matters, and we are all part of it. Let's keep making a difference, together! #WFFLimitless #WFF #ChangeMakers #YouFirst #FirstWatch #GenderEquity #Leadership
