Brand Values, how to f*ck them up: 💣💣💣 💥Make them one word. Just pick any word like "Openness". WTF does that even mean? 💥Make them arbitrary. Randomly choose something that means absolutely nothing to you. 💥NEVER practice them. Forget about actually doing what you say. These mean nothing. --- Your values are the daily behaviors your company exhibits. Your audience is seeing this in their daily interactions. 💬Describe a time an employee's actions turned you into a super loyal customer. #brandvalues #brandstrategy #brandcore #brandfoundation #bochcreative

Buying for many people is personal! People are more likely to buy products/ services that reflect their values and identities. That's why you'll find out that people want to understand the business and what they are about before they open their wallets. More so these days because there are so many options to choose from. Personal branding offers an opportunity for you to let people in, share a little bit of who you are and people can see, 'we are actually more similar than I thought!' They'll realize, your values and identities align with theirs! And you'll be more releteable! #personalbrandingcoach #personalbrandstrategy #personalbranding #BrandStrategy

If you have customers who love you, why wouldn’t you celebrate them? Kacey Musgraves has included fan-design merch for her new album in her online store. Putting your fans in the spotlight and celebrating their creativity is such a smart move. It deepens connections and shows your audience you see and appreciate their contribution to the brand. I’ve seen companies begin to intentionally involve customers in the brand through ambassador programs, non-traditional loyalty programs, and advisory boards. No one is obligated to buy what you sell. We all have loads of alternatives. Purposefully carving out a role for your audience in your brand helps you stand out and helps people feel that they fit in.

In today's fast-changing world, personalization is an important aspect as it allows businesses to stand out in tons of generic offerings, fostering stronger connections with customers and partners. Personalization isn't just a trend -it's the key to making a lasting impression and fostering meaningful relationships. Let's try to figure out the impact of personalization when it comes to corporate gifts. Here are some our thoughts about why personalization matters: ✔ Meaningful Gestures. Personalized gifts show that you've put thought and care into your gesture. It's a simple yet powerful way to make the recipient feel valued. ✔ Memorable Experiences. When a gift is personalized, it becomes more than just an object - it becomes a memory. Whether it's a heartfelt message or a customized design, personalization adds a special touch that's hard to forget. ✔ Individuality. We're all unique, and our gifts should reflect that. Personalization allows you to tailor gifts to suit the personality and preferences of the recipient. ✔ Spreading Joy. Personalized gifts have a way of bringing smiles and spreading joy, making both the giver and the receiver feel good. So, whether it's a handwritten note, a custom design, or a thoughtful gesture, let's embrace the power of personalization in our corporate gifting endeavors. Because in a world where connections matter most, it's the little things that make all the difference. 😉 #Personalization #CorporateGifting #MeaningfulConnections

Your #Offer is your #identity. When asked the question-who are you, many of us go with the obvious responses that include sharing our name, job title, family relations, hobbies, religious beliefs, and cultural background. While these responses explain parts of our self -identity, they barely scratch the surface of who we are as individuals. The “who are you” question challenges us to, pause and think about our beliefs, perspectives, experiences, values and how we make sense of the world around us. Afterall, how we see ourselves influences how we interact with and treat others. And as organizations and workplaces become more diverse, understanding our social identity will also determines how we lead, manage and work with others. Building brand identity must have a strong visual image to link the brand. A brand identity is compiled of various branding elements. When you put them together, the identity in many ways is the mascot of your brand. It is how a company expresses and describes itself from the images on its marketing materials, the colors that represent the brand, and how a company markets itself on social media. A strong brand identity strengthens a company's popularity and presence in a competitive market. so, what you offer to your customer as a brand, a product or as a service.... it totally creates your identity... #follow me : Komal Suman #brand #quality #service #sales #customer #organizationalgoals #organization #offer #hrkomalsuman #ks_lifetalks #kslifetalks

#empathy. When we forget about it, when everything is about us and about our #brand and less about the client, his needs or his brand, oh well…it reflects in business 💶Maybe not tomorrow or next quarter, but sooner rather than later it will. And what is the real beauty when we speak about reputation, is that #warrenbuffett was right: “It takes 20 years to build a reputation and five minutes to ruin it” 😁 Full article in #Forbes and what I liked the most: “People want to see themselves and or who they aspire to be reflected in the visual imagery the brands they are engaging with put forth. When people see themselves represented, it’s signal they need to take the next step forward with the brand they are interacting with. (…) The best way to develop customer intimacy and cultural intelligence is to spend time building authentic #relationships with the people you want to serve. Spend time with them. Get to know them. Listen to them. Learn from them. Extend empathy to them”. ❤️

Ever wonder what keeps customers loyal to a brand for years, even decades? It's all about shared values. When customers see their own beliefs and values reflected in a company, they feel a deeper connection, making them more likely to stick with the brand over time. This principle is at the heart of successful branding. It's not just about the products or services; it's about the company's ethos, its actions, and how it resonates with its audience. Whether it's sustainability, quality, innovation, or community involvement, aligning your brand values with those of your customers can turn casual buyers into lifelong supporters. So, how can your business foster this loyalty? Start by clearly communicating your values. Show your customers that you walk the walk and talk the talk. Engage with them on issues that matter and demonstrate through your actions that you are committed to those values. Consumers now have more choices than ever before. They will choose to stay loyal to brands that stand for something. Let your brand be one that stands firm in its values and watch as your loyal customer base grows. #BrandLoyalty #SharedValues #CustomerConnection #BrandIdentity

If retail brands want to make their position stronger in the market, they need to stop just changing how customers think about them and start really touching their hearts, which can lead to natural advocacy. Harvard Business Review found that emotional connections can triple the chance of a customer endorsing a brand. This shows that emotional connections make people loyal to a brand. Motista's study also shows that emotional engagement can increase a customer's lifetime value by up to 306%. This is in addition to making them loyal. When people really like a brand, they will easily talk about it. This loop of loyalty and advocacy starts in the heart and moves to the mouth. By focusing on emotional resonance, brands can turn customers into active promoters. Psychology Today backs this up by saying that feelings play a big role in how customers see things and decide what to buy. The clear message for brands is that if they want to grow and stay in customers' lives, they need to focus on heartfelt experiences that easily spread through word of mouth. #retailperception
