After thorough analysis I realised that there are two basic and fundamental structural defects in the constitution of UN which are 1. Veto Power System for the permanent members of the security council of UN. Since there is a body of all stakeholders in the form of General Assembly wherein all member- countries of the UN are represented there is absolutely no need of Security Council to accept or reject the resolutions passed by General Assembly. As such Security Council should be dissolved forthwith. 2. All member countries of UN are not signatory to the Rome statute consequently some countries are not under the International Criminal Court (ICC) whereas all the member countries have to be under the jurisdiction of ICC so that peace prevails in the world. . Due to these defects America has made a mockery of the UN as it is reduced to a puppet in the hands of the America. Consequently America with some allies have invaded several Muslim countries like Afghanistan, Iraq and Libya and looted these countries then leaving these countries after the loot is complete. Presently America with the help of Israel (both countries are not under the jurisdiction of ICC) is demolishing, doing cold blooded mass murders, devastation, destruction , displacement, ethenic cleansing, murder especially of children and women and genocide and the whole world including the UN have to be mute spectators of all this and nobody has the powers to question them because of these defects in the constitution of UN. More than seven decades have passed by but the above-mentioned defects in the constitution of UN were not rectified. Non-rectification of these defects has created a very grave situation as instead of peace maintaining organisation UN became a weapon of blackmailing and means of invading and looting the rich countries by some countries which were having the veto power also besides these countries were not signatory to the Rome statute consequently these countries were not under the jurisdiction of ICC. As the result these countries became law per se and virtually became terrorist countries of the world because they were not answerable to any forum for whatever they do. Now the climax of lawlessness has reached in Palestine where total devastation, destruction, cold blooded mass murders, genocide, ethenic cleansing, kidnapping and rape of innocent and unarmed civilians is being done and the whole world including UN have to be mute spectators because of the basic and fundamental defects in the constitution of UN have not been rectified. This is the highest time these defects are rectified by the General Assembly. Let General Assembly wake up after decades of slumber and rectify the defects as proposed above.

The position of Jews and Palestinians, and thus the current status quo of the entire Middle East, is deeply rooted in religion. That position in relation to Palestine has long been reciprocated therein, but had no legal framework. That framework emerged only after the collapse of the British Empire and Israel's declaration of independence in 1948. Since then, the parties have been in a state of war with no prospect of lasting peace. It is the undercurrent of secularisation, no longer believing in a denomination, but believing in society itself. The associated criteria are being weighed fundamentally differently, not from above but from below. Here Israel's error of judgement is based on the latest punch above its demographic weight and geographical size, and projecting its US-backed strength far beyond its borders. Not a fine prospect. For anyone!

Here is another country supporting genocide #Canada. These governments don't have any right or audacity to preach #humanrights and stand against war criminals. The stark disparity between the decisions of certain governments and the desires of their people has reached alarming proportions. In recent events, we have seen various disturbing trends of governments openly supporting genocide even ignoring the #icj, a stance at odds with the wishes of the masses who yearn for peace and justice. Recent events have laid bare the disconcerting gap between government actions and the will of the people. Time and again, citizens have voted for leaders who promised #peace, #prosperity, and the protection of human rights. However, the decisions taken by these corrupted governments tell a different story—one of support for genocide and the violation of the very principles they pledged to uphold. It's a wake-up call for us all. The disconnect between government actions and the democratic aspirations of the people cannot be ignored any longer. As we witness these disheartening events, it becomes clear that the time has come to carefully choose our representatives, ensuring that they truly reflect the values and aspirations of the electorate. It is high time for us to recognize the power we hold in selecting our representatives. Let us make informed choices that reflect our commitment to #peace, #justice, and the well-being of #humanity. Time for peace! There is no future for the radicals on both sides..... everyone who wants to claim the territory exclusively for themselves will only find war, violence and destruction, whereas the moderates at both sides hold the key to peace by non-violent interaction and dialog as equals with each other. This leads to mutual understanding and empathy; only this path leads to replacing fear and hatred by trust and solidarity, and to prosperity for all by solving the conflict forever. A way forward so starving people can be fed: The USA should be removed from the UN Security Council for aiding and abetting genoc!de. As a terrorist occupying force, I$rael should be cut off from the $14 Billion plus welfare that it receives annually from Uncle Sam (and our taxes). The US actively opposes the security of Palestinian civilians and should no longer sit on the UNSC with over-riding, abused, veto power. There is a mechanism for removal of “Security” Council members whose nations fail by promoting genocide. Article 6 of the UN Charter allows for any member of the UN to be expelled – even if they sit on the Security Council – for persistently violating the principles of the United Nations. The General Assembly should unite on this point and remove the USA from the UN, for the good of all. Let us move the UN headquarters, fund the UN independently, and admit First Nations (Native American nations and others) to the new UN! As a US citizen, I do not support my nation’s genoc!dal ways. To all the people who are concerned that the US is totally against helping the Palestinians maybe this effort by the US might address those concerns. I am sure there are many people who are totally against anything the US does so will not consider this US effort to me real. But maybe supporting the US, at least in this effort, might be meaningful. But in the end, the US has no real control over what Israel does. So maybe those, in the case of Israel, might address the Israeli Government and not the US Government. https://lnkd.in/evvMZqe9
