Apple Intelligence seems interesting after watching the demos. However, there is a major concern: it appears to be a wrapper for ChatGPT. Regardless of their claims, your data will be sent to servers on the internet, where it will be processed in a closed OS. This is the new reality we have to adapt to, but Apple definitely needs to develop their own AI. In the coming years, ChatGPT, Microsoft, possibly Google Gemini, and Nvidia will dominate internet traffic.

Microsoft just introduced a private version of ChatGPT for Enterprise Users with built-in guarantees around the privacy of your data and fully isolated from those operated by OpenAI. This will enable businesses to run and scale their own version of ChatGPT trained on their own data and kept separate from everyone else’s, and hosted in their own infrastructure. After a somewhat rocky 18 months, today I'm saying goodbye to MeJulie, and MeJulie2. The latest ChatGPT release is probably the biggest thing to happen since the launch of ChatGPT. I watched the demo video and thought it was a flop. But then I actually tried to voice-to-voice agent. It's an absolute game-changer. It's a complete assistant. 3 things that make the difference, and not all are 100% new or sound revolutionary. 1. Memory that works. Remembers all my previous conversations, business strategy, calendar, travel plans... 2. Life-like voice - so the conversation ends up being the same as with another human. This gets spooky really quickly. 3. Zero friction to access. One click and I'm talking - hands-free for as long as I like (until I use my daily limit, or the servers get slammed - both of which happened) Today Google announces their latest. Let's see how it competes. Their voice-to-voice Gemini was the leader until yesterday.
