Good morning LinkedIn + Jobot. Here is a quick story about overcoming adversity ... Jim Thorpe, the legendary athlete, faced a setback on the morning of his Olympic events when his shoes were stolen. Undeterred, he showed incredible resourcefulness and found two shoes in a nearby trash can. However, there was a catch - the shoes were different, with one being too big.    Instead of dwelling on the problem, Jim made a powerful decision. He chose to embrace his circumstances and focus on finding solutions. He refused to make excuses and did whatever it took to give himself a fighting chance to win.    His unwavering attitude and resilient mindset paid off! Jim defied the odds and went on to claim not just one, but two gold medals that day!   This is as a reminder that no matter how challenging the circumstances may be, you too can overcome them and achieve victory. James Brady (JB) is a testament to the power of combining a positive attitude with consistent hard work.    In Q1 he led our team at Jobot as the top producer. He kept it going and in Q2 he’s leading the way again! On base 2 quarters in a row, 100% for 2024!   2 things have remained consistent for JB all year … 1) his work ethic 2) his positive attitude.
