A little late, but happy Q3 to everyone! Q2 at Shofeur was exciting to say the least! One of our highlights has been the migration off of our website MVP, which was wix-hosted (🫠), and onto our own hosted platform - most people won’t understand how big of a deal this was for us, but let’s just say customers appreciate it and we’re one step closer to establishing PMF! Big W for our web team! Ryan Malmos, Tesia H., Kapil & Brian all crushed it! Appreciate you guys more than you know!🫡💪 Additionally, Shofeur’s growth as a whole has been super cool to see. From completed reservations, to GMV and service fees - each of these metrics are growing nicely. The best part is that we haven’t even really hit our stride yet, as we’re on the verge of establishing PMF! Ah, there lies the great potential that is mostly underutilized! 💰 E-commerce giants have already embraced the dynamo of multi-product #sales, leaving me wondering: why is SaaS trailing behind? Although we can't directly clone the e-commerce playbook, I'm quite certain that SaaS has the potential to monetize it better e.g., by optimizing last mile sales (cart from e-commerce) adding more value by simplifying, boosting, or even reshaping certain processes for their clients.
