University-industry collaboration supercharges innovation and economic growth. 📈 Yet outdated policies and cultural barriers often prevent these win-win relationships from forming. We need regulatory reforms that incentivize cooperation, streamline intellectual property policies, and remove obstacles to partnerships. I am thrilled to share that I presented a paper titled "WHETHER BEING GREEN TRANSLUCENCE OR EFFICACIOUSNESS MATTER? EVIDENCE FROM INDIAN COMPANIES" at a conference hosted by the EuroMid Academy of Business & Technology (EMABT) at the University of Cambridge - United Kingdom. I wanted to attend it offline, but due to some financial problems, I attended it online. I dreamed of participating in a conference at a prestigious university like the University of Cambridge. This paper provides important insights for the universities in Berlin, i.e. Technische Universität Berlin, Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin & Freie Universität Berlin and the Berlin University Alliance, because "in the case of Berlin, having a high number of Excellence Clusters increased the regions’ share of innovative firms by approximately 10.5 to 12.3 percent, accounting for a total of 352 to 412 innovative firms." As Chair of Innovation Economics Technische Universität Berlin I am proud that I kicked-off the Berlin Innovation Panel in 2011 by assigning ZEW – Leibniz-Zentrum für Europäische Wirtschaftsforschung #Berlin focused survey making possible to estimate this representative numbers, which is not feasible for alternative labor market regions in Germany.
