Here's a recent achievement of mine: #GenAI with Anaplan Happy to share that I've just wrapped up a project in #anaplan on Sales Incentive Comp Management. The coolest part was that I got to work on integrating it with Gen AI, and the results are amazing! Sharing my experience here - Overview: I've integrated Anaplan with #azureopenai . The name of my ICM model is 'Dar_MM', that contains master items like Sales Rep, Territory (State), Beat (Zip), Product, Qty, PSales (Primary Sales), SSales (Secondary Sales), Achievement %, Volume, SKU Desc, and date functions Blueprint: I've used Python and the code has been deployed to a Microsoft #Azure Function so that it can be triggered via API pull request, which will originate from the Anaplan dashboard/NUX. The Anaplan user can trigger the function from their screen itself and to make it interactive for the user I have created a text box for accepting prompts in Natural Language (see screenshot below). The LLM tested does hallucinate a bit but since my goal here was not to perfect it at the moment, I have not focused on the LLM training set. Front end: Anaplan Back end: Anaplan (this can be #polaris for higher volumes. Dear connections, Happy to add a digital feather in this upskilling journey of mine by successfully completing the Certified Model Builder (Level 1 and 2) certification by Anaplan. Brief about the certification: This program starts with teaching you the basics of the Anaplan UI and how to go about navigating an Anaplan model. It then deep dives into why organizations of today need to efficiently manage their FP&A function and how Anaplan as an integrated planning solution helps them in this journey. The micro lessons and short nuggets of knowledge really helped in understanding the very basics of Anaplan. Ofcourse, the actual model building entailed thinking about the customer's pain points, creating modules to help resolve these pain points and presenting all of this in dashboards to generate business insights.
