Since customer service via phone hung up on me, can someone tell me why fedex created the yellow address label (wrong address) while ignoring the shipper created address (correct address)? My last five Chewy packages went to wrong address. Thankfully the family that lives there brought them to me yesterday. We have never, ever lived at the wrong address, we have lived at correct address for 1.5 years and have received lots of fedex packages correctly until the last 3 week now I've had 5 packages delivered to wrong house!!!! Help please since phone suppport hung up on me!

I can't believe this is the same company I worked 30 years for, had medicine supposed to be delivered Saturday before noon, TO FLL THEN HWOA FOR DELIVERY TO DANIA BEACH FL, IT WENT TO CALIFORNIA AND IS STILL THERE!!! it should have been on a plane last night to Memphis, what is wrong with you FedEx, NOT one person was nice and try to help me, ashamed NOW TO TELL PEOPLE I WORKED THERE, I USED TO BE SO PROUD 🥲

I am trying to be back on fedex philippines, since ive been part fedex ph last 2018 to 2022 to pursue my studies, but they keep on rejecting my applications, i have my friend a she resign last 2022 also but now she was back in just 2 months application

Supposed to be open instead a sign saying they will return in a half hour! Such a large company you would think would be managed better. Unfortunate !
