🔥 RECORD-BREAKING HEAT: In case you missed our latest Client Newsletter, we wanted to share some insights into the unique challenges involving high temperatures and accurate patient results.

 Out of all the testing methodologies here at CorePath, cancer cytogenetics is the one most affected by heat, as it relies on cells being alive so they can divide for analysis. Chromosome instability and a reduced count are often the main concerns when the temperature gets too hot.   Rest assured: Our cytogenetics team is still producing great results, even in this historic San Antonio heat streak! We would also like to thank our clients for following our specimen kit instructions and correctly using cold packs to ensure specimens are transported at an ideal temperature to our lab. Very elated to share our newly published paper demonstrating the mutations in AR-ligand binding domain. The study was conducted on over 15,000 mCRPC patients from GuardantInform RW-claims database and shows AR-LBD+ve pts having a unique biology with high concurrent mutation in various other pathways as well. These patients also exhibit poor overall survival as compared to a matched control cohort.
