Well, while people may differ on what they consider inexpensive, I believe there's only one golf course here that qualifies: Vidanta in San Jose del Cabo. Vidanta is a 9-hole track that you play twice for the rate quoted at GolfNow.com. It includes a golf cart, but doesn't mention a food & beverage requirement of $25 USD per person (but it's well worth it for delicious tacos and a margarita!). While Vidanta can't compare to courses such as Puerto Los Cabos, Cabo del Sol, or Quivira, it is still a great value.
