PMing for a mature product with half a million+ MAU & 200+ enterprise customers, is a lot of responsibility. Any miss can impact the 6 Lakh daily rosters. I need to get it right and there is a very little room for error. Fortunately, MoveInSync enables this by keeping PMs grounded with product support while also ensuring PMs drive product adoption & innovation together with customers. This "back to basics" approach ensures only the right problems get solved. Akash Maheshwari Nitin Awasthi #B2BProductManagement #SaaS

If you are starting or growing your audience / product Keep trying to solve your customers problem (be careful if you are building SaaS, you need to prioritise- most asked vs what gives best retention for you) When you find patterns - Automate those processes / build feature and release You can start any day on any product, but keep listening to your customer and let the data speak There is a good chance that your initially assumptions may be wrong but can still end up in good direction by getting more real time feedback It’s a slow and longprocess, but keep at it. #saas #growth #customerdiscovery

The Hero Customer Journey (HCJ) and the Bow Tie Model both are go-to-market (GTM) frameworks for a recurring business like SaaS. However, they are based on different perspectives. You’ve all had customers who loved you, and loved your product, and yet still unexpectedly canceled. Maybe too many? Why is that? Surprise churn exists because it's actually pretty hard to get customers to realize value, and it's important to understand why that is. #customerexperience #customersuccess #saas

I help B2B companies leverage growth by closing the gap between Product and Marketing | Business strategist | "Own the market"
Simple = Appealing I love simple ideas. And who doesn't? Our brains are always looking for shortcuts. We want to understand things at a glance without thinking too much about it. Maybe SaaS founders and developers will disagree with me. Because I know they're proud of the complexity of their product. But the prospects couldn't care less. They want to understand in one sentence what benefit they get from using it. What their life will be like with the solution the product provides. Make it simple! It’s all about the message. And the perfect message is the sweet spot between: Market ⟲↺ Product Make the complex simple to understand. That’s where you’ll meet your prospects. #Productmarketing #SaaS #Valueproposition

Customer-led Growth Consultant I Top 100 Customer Marketing and Advocacy Strategist I 3x Bammie Winner
#customersuccess in most #SaaS companies maps out the #customerjourney using the LAER model (Land, Adopt, Expand, Renew). Ok, cool, but... How many customers tell you they want to be "landed" or "expanded" on? Sounds pretty uncomfortable if you ask me. Start your customer journey map from your customer's point of view, and validate it with them. That way, you'll be tracking to *their* goals. When you have that understanding and alignment, you'll be able to deliver more value, making the expansion and renewal much more likely.
