Wealth management is an industry laden with seminars, sales pitches and sterile networking events. We believe the overly-formal way that financial service companies communicate and engage with their clients and broader community is due for disruption. It's time to Humanize the way we gather. https://lnkd.in/gmgEVisZ

If you've been following me this month, we have reached the final step in the ⭐️7 Essential Tasks to Keep Your Therapy Business Moving ⭐️ series. If this is the first post you are seeing, scroll back through the previous 7 posts to get all the goods. Tracking metrics (or KPIs - Key Performance Indicators) may not initially seem like an essential task. However, without data you cannot see the full narrative of what is happening in your practice and it makes it nearly impossible to make strategic decisions regarding your time, finances and resources. At the end of the day, DATA IS THE STORY OF WHAT IS HAPPENING IN YOUR PRACTICE. Here are a list of common KPIs that can be helpful for tracking: ▪️Revenue & Expenses ▪️Client Referral Sources ▪️Client Retention ▪️# of Client Sessions ▪️Client Inquiries ▪️Google Ranking ▪️# of Website Visitors If you have never tracked metrics, I suggest ALWAYS tracking your Revenue & Expenses (otherwise known as your Profit & Loss) and your client referral sources. These metrics allow you to know the health of your business and where your clients are coming from, both of which provide vital information to help you make better informed business decisions. If you need help getting started with tracking your metrics. Head over to join my FREE FB community - The Business of Private Practice: Simple Strategies for Therapists. I've got resources available and can answer your questions inside the group! https://lnkd.in/diq-iPvA

Soon I'm releasing my next easy guide on "How to Use Community to Get New Customers". Follow and Stay tuned.
Always look for ways to learn more about your community members. From favorite books and movies to memorable travel experiences, every detail holds some significance. You know what they're like, what they like and don't like, what they want to achieve, and more. Business activities focus on numbers. Data is trustworthy. Data doesn't lie. However, when it comes to the community, data can hide the truth. That's why you need more than just numbers. You need to listen to what your community members have to say—in their own words, through emojis, photos, and videos. 📕 Make a slam book for your community. 💬 Set up multiple ways to communicate. 👂 Listen carefully. ✍️ Write down the answers as you receive them. This will help you customize the activities or events. Select better food for the conferences instead of regular chai and samosas.

🗣️ Inefficiency creeps in everywhere in the #financialadvice process, to the detriment of #financialplanning businesses, and #clients who could be benefiting from their support. And contrary to popular belief 💡, having a "thorough" process is not the #professional way to provide advice. 📉 👎🏼 #Compliance has long been built to make sure the worst quality adviser in the #licensee is doing the right thing - not because the law says that's the way it needs to be done. But they've left (#fasea) so there is an opportunity to 👨🏻💻redesign your #advice experience to be #efficient, #engaging, #entertaining, #educational and signifantly more #profitable (which is professional - it is unprofessional to go out of business on your clients 🤔) for each client and help you see more clients. ‼ This sounds like a fanstastic session! If you are at all familiar with psychology you will recognise the smiling face below as Robin Dunbar, who famously gave us Dunbar’s number, which postulates the number of efficient human relationships is 150. The veracity of that claim is somewhat moot, but the point remains, Australian Financial Advice business are straining a that point .. with 150 customers per adviser, with some licensees bumbling along at 90 per adviser. The challenge is that the number of customers per adviser is a growth, service and income limiter. In the UK good businesses have blasted through that theoretical limit and businesses in Australia are following suit, with many sitting at about 250 per adviser and enjoying the resulting effect on the bottom line. If you want to share with them how they have achieved the growth and the tools they are using .. we are building a community to do that. Sign in here if you are interested. CoreDataexchange.com.au
