Maybe this isn't the secret recipe for every wealthy person out there, but it's how I became wealthy. Here's the key: Give more than you get. Before I had a lot of money, I was already rich. I'm not talking about anything mystical – I had talents and skills that were valuable to others and I wanted to help. That's what I did. - When I was a teenager, if my family or friends had computer problems, I was there to help, without asking for anything in return. I didn't think about money; I just wanted to be helpful. - When I got a job, I didn't just want to earn my salary; I wanted to give more value than what I was paid. This attitude helped me move up the career ladder quickly. - When I started my own business, I focused on how I could give my employees better pay and top-notch guidance. I also aimed to provide more to my clients than they gave me. This mindset has attracted great people and clients who've stuck with me. My guiding principle was always to give more than I received. It didn't bother me if people seemed to take advantage. I did it because I could, not because of them. Of course, it's not always straightforward. You should avoid giving to people who only want to take. Those friends or family members who always need money might need some distance for their own good. And here's a heads-up: If you find yourself in a job or situation where you're just receiving and not giving, that might be a sign to move on. Look for places where you can be the one contributing more than you're getting. It might seem logical that becoming rich is about taking more than giving. But the truth is, real prosperity comes from giving more. People who don't have much can't give much. Only those who are well-off can genuinely do this. So, aim to live richly in every moment. The money will come – it did for me. And I keep finding ways to give, not for what I'll get in return, but because it's the right way to live. Whether it all pays off in the end, I genuinely don't care.

It's Monday morning, and as I returned from my walk, I found cheques in my mailbox worth double my income as a nurse. How did this happen? Well, it's all thanks to 3 steps I took a little over 2 years ago: 1️⃣I opened my mind to learn about new opportunities. 2️⃣I faced my fears - the fear of failure, of judgment, and the unknown. 3️⃣I recognized my worth, believing that I am deserving of success, abundance, and the best life for my family. After completing those 3 steps, I was able to build my business which now is generating a very decent income ✅ Remember, fear has killed more dreams than failure ever will. When you focus on personal growth and believe in yourself, financial success often follows as a natural result ✨ #personalgrowth #growthmindset #believeinyourself #youareworthit #investinyourself #carolemehawej

Money isn't just for spending. Having money landing in your account isn't the finish line. Know this... Money is a tool that, if used correctly, can shape a life of freedom and joy. Know this. It is only the starting point. When you own that money, and it's clear and accessible, the fun can begin. This money sitting in your account after payday is the fuel to take you to your dream life. Only you can be the driver. 1️⃣ Everyone has the potential to get rich: Think you can't become wealthy? Wrong. Your background or where you came from doesn't dictate the path you take or who you become. Your mindset does. 2️⃣ There are many ways to get rich: Start a business, invest in the stock market, and save hard for a nest egg that can be drawn from when opportunity calls. Different strategies work for different people. But taking action is the common denominator. 3️⃣ TL;DR want to be rich? Start by deciding to be just that. Quit the pity party and set clear money goals. Know your destination and map your journey. You don't need to know all the steps, just the next one. 4️⃣ Lastly, define what wealth means to you and reach for it.

Not 99% but 100%🤔 Insights from My Former Boss: "Money is always silent, but it becomes a crucial partner when you need it most. 99% of worries can be solved with money. For everything else, rely on family and friends! That's why you should maximize what you earn from work. I had an interview yesterday with someone who was all about passion. They said, 'As long as I can work with passion, I don't care about money.' And yes, that's a great attitude to have. But if you can earn a lot of money, it's even better. You shouldn't settle for less than average. More money means you can reinvest in yourself, invest in others, and have more options. Your family would be happier, too. If you're getting paid less, it's clear exploitation. You should consider changing jobs, unless staying there promises more money in the future. It's common to get different salaries for the same job at different companies. When that happens, I think it's best to move on quickly. Even if you're really close with your colleagues and hate the idea of leaving, company friends won't help you financially in tough times. In fact, it's wrong to rely on them for that. But money will silently help you. And if they're truly friends, they'll remain so even after you switch jobs. If not, they were never really friends. It's tough to work with passion and spend 'smiling' time with family, but I think it's essential to base your life on that."

Perhaps you have exciting money goals for this year? As so often we hear, it is not just about the money but who you become in the process... I have had a portfolio career for nearly 25 years and I have made so many mistakes. However I know from the work that I have done on my own money mindset, many of the mistakes were not my fault. This is not me eliminating responsibility (I have taken full responsibility where needed) but so much was due to circumstances. Even now, working for free can sneak up on me... many of us are so programmed to be kind and helpful... If you want to create your own income pie: https://lnkd.in/e8tzXGdy

It is never right to ask you to do what I am doing. Because I'm doing what I'm doing with Ricks. Choosing a profession is one of the biggest risks in life (it's a different story if it's a side hustle). If you choose the wrong profession then you will lose a lot of time. And can be psychologically damaged. So it should never be said that someone else will decide what you do. Don't ask anyone what I should do or what would be best for me. Rather, you should understand the fundamentals of money income and select your own profession.

Money was always a very scarce resource when I was younger. This did not stop my mother from making tremendous sacrifices to ensure I experienced a way better life than she can ever dream of. I continue to work assiduously with a crippling fear that one day I may be without. A life without...is a life I do not wish to have. Therefore the word 'opportunity' is synonymous with the name 'Shahad'. I am proud that I do not owe anyone! As an invoice is received. You are PAID! Why? I know of that life of owing many. I do not want anyone to go through this as a result of my mismanagement. If our life was idealistic, you would think that the same respect is returned to you. On the contrary, it's the exact opposite. You will always continue to be owed, because not everyone in your circle has an understanding of what it is like to not have. I am hopeful over the next few days, I want to share some VERY practical tips on how I manage my own personal finances throughout my career. I think it can be helpful for those who have 0 financial knowledge. #FinancialTips #Prosperity #Bills #HelpfulTipsToCome

Are your money beliefs holding you back? We all pick up messages and rules about what money means to us as children and further in life. I remember my Dad being particularly frugal and closely managing every penny. That’s led me to a fear of not having enough but also a tendency to overspend! A strange balance of beliefs. Our beliefs about money are often handed down from a different generation and therefore not always true. The common beliefs I hear are: 💰 Success and my self-worth are linked to the salary I earn. 💷 Money is essential to feeling secure so I fear losing my job. £ Earning too much money is dirty. 💰 Never discuss your money situation as it’s bragging or rude 💳 Wanting to earn more is grabby. 💷. If I ask for more pay they might laugh at me or think “who does she think she is!” 💶 I’m not loved as much as my siblings because I earn less. All these beliefs can harm your career. Either keeping you playing small and not asking for what you deserve or making you feel not good enough because you don’t earn as much as your colleagues. When making decisions about your next career move, check in with your money beliefs and make sure they aren’t negatively biasing your choice. #moneybelief #money #payrise #careercoach
