"I love my job. I'm good at it, great even, but ... I hate the mentality," she says. And she's not alone. Lately, a lot of people are reaching out again, often women but also men. All telling a similar story. They love their job, but they struggle with the culture. They resign and leave their firm, looking for a firm with a healthy culture. That’s often the point when they reach out with the question: “Where do I find a firm or organization with a healthy culture?” Some even say: “It’s less important what I do there, but I no longer want...” (culture, what comes after that is always about culture). Meanwhile, firms are desperately looking for people, unable to fill their positions. It's like a matchmaking show gone wrong! 💔 What if we start building that bridge? Let's stop hiring the best people only to clip their wings once they're hired. Instead, let’s support them so they can fly high. Isn’t that why we hire them in the first place? Give people a healthy culture to work in, so they can find firms that align with their needs, and firms can find people aligned with theirs. It's a win-win, really! Even more so, engagement and performance will increase. That’s a promise. 🙌🚀 Need guidance in achieving this: let's talk. 📷 Siobhán (shiv-awn) McHale (thank you for the valuable graphic) #leadership #culture #healthyculture #employeeengagement
Glad the infographic resonated Eve Vlemincx

Very interesting and a very valid observation Eve Vlemincx
