I appreciate the comments from Nicole about the necessity to have a strong business sense, and for non-profits to be thinking about long term leadership and developing others - so the mission of the organization will always be sustained and thriving. This is how for-profits think, and this mindset is often lacking in the non-profit space! Excellent reminders to gauge our focus as non-profit leaders. ❤️
