In Solution-Rollout we are the gateway to all product and service-related topics. We are project managing the implementation of the Spirii platform for all our partners. On a daily basis, we are helping new partners navigate our software solutions and utilize it to their advantage. We are also the communication channel between our partners and almost every department in Spirii. That means we are constantly navigating between the business and technical side. 🚀 What's the most exciting aspect of working at Spirii? That special buzz in the office and to work in an industry that is constantly evolving. You can feel that Spirii is a place where people care and want to move things. We are creating a product that is contributing to the sustainable future of mobility and transformations tend to happen fast. Spirii innovates together with customers and academia to advance the market with new technologies. That makes our work very meaningful. 🧘♀️ How do you unwind outside of work? A lot of different things such as reading, cooking, sports, bars, comedy shows etc. One of the things I enjoy is gaining new knowledge. It’s difficult to find a topic that cannot spark any interest in me. The intensive work migration in the IT sector, boosted first by the pandemia and then by the war, has pushed a number of tech companies to rapidly expand globally. Project after project, the project-oriented IT, always very busy focusing on short-term objectives, creates unnecessary complexity that slows down future endeavors. And the circle goes on and on, project after project, amnesia after amnesia, year after year, until a point when even those that know how messy your IT assets are —and why— can only shrug their shoulders and sigh.  The only way to stop this vicious circle of IT memory blackouts is to make someone accountable for the overall state of things, not just for the individual projects that created it. There is no other way. This blind spot in the area of accountabilities must be eliminated.
