EuroSTAR Conference 2024 has come to a close, but the excitement is still in the air! ✨ Michal Nowak and Michał Zaczyński had the privilege of participating in the largest testing event in Europe, held this year in Stockholm. 🌐 💡 Key takeaways and reflections from the conference: - While test automation strengthens and aids testers, it's not a cure-all (Abigail Cauchi). - Exploratory testing can be applied even in high-stakes projects like testing the Gripen E fighter jet, provided you have an experienced team (Torvald Mårtensson). - Rule-bending and cheating can be a strategy for success, but much depends on managing the consequences (Nele Van Asch). - Test automation isn't new—its roots trace back to 1844 (Robert Sabourin). - Michael Bolton emphasized that AI-generated results must always be verified by humans. AI can assist but not replace testers. 🌟 In addition to the inspiring lectures, Michał and Michał attended a banquet at the Blue Hall of Stockholm City Hall, the venue for the annual Nobel Prize banquet.
