Creates draft written content and videos for and manages web content for CTA's RLE, RPM and other CTA projects, regularly updating with new information and graphics as needed and appropriate. Drafts PowerPoint presentations, press documents including press releases and media pitches, press event materials, and background information according to Authority standard and guidelines. Handles media calls/requests for information regarding RPM, RLE and other CTA capital projects. Coordinates the planning and development of community and press events. Responsible for day-of-event and on-site coordination of press events. Includes written and video content. Represents CTA at various RPM, RLE and other project-related community meetings, events and activities and participates in media interviews with print, internet, and electronic media representatives, often with limited preparation time. Develops and manages quarterly video planning calendar, working with team to highlight important milestones and events. Performs related duties as assigned.
