A Milestone Moment for Resia 🌟 Today marks a significant day for our company. We are thrilled to announce that Resia has delivered its first manufactured bathroom to our Golden Glades project. This achievement is the culmination of a two-year journey filled with challenges and perseverance. The concept of building our own prefabricated components in-house, with a high degree of automation and diverse materials, once seemed like a distant dream. Innovation is inherently challenging, and in an industry resistant to change, it can feel nearly impossible. But we did it! I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to my incredible team of dedicated professionals who believed in this vision and worked tirelessly to make it a reality. Special thanks to: Osvaldo Marchante for your leadership and commitment. Selma Rabelo for your amazing skills and dedication. Matt Tall for assembling a formidable team and leading this complex process from start to finish. Mitch, Dan, Sarah, Fernando, Brian, Kipp, Alexandre, and everyone else who has been working non-stop for the past 12 months, including holidays and weekends. Thank you, Paslin and Aviant, for partnering with Resia and supporting us throughout this journey. We are honored to once again be recognized as workforce housing developer of the year for 2022, our 3rd time we have been recognized for helping our communities solve the affordable housing issue facing South Florida.

I'm excited to announce that as of today, we are rebranding our AHS Residential as RESIA. Over the last 10 years, we have witnessed tremendous changes, both in the industry and the people we serve. As the housing crisis has worsened, our mission became more relevant. We have grown from a construction and design company serving South Florida, to a brand delivering exceptional living experiences to residents across three states-- and soon nationally. We have a new name and a new logo but one thing has not changed: our commitment to delivering quality apartments that families around the country can afford.  Welcome to RESIA.

AHS Residential Wins BASF Builder of the Year and Philanthropist of the Year Awards On Friday, 11/5, Carlos Gonzalez, our Chief Investment Officer and Alex Ballina, our Director of Asset Management attended the 2022 Builders Association of South Florida (BASF) Installation Gala. Alex Ballina was presented with BASF’s Builder of the Year Award and Philanthropist of the Year Award. Alex was also installed as president-elect for the next two years, then will be installed as president in November 2023 to take office in 2024-2025. Winning these awards demonstrates AHS Residential’s dedication to the communities we serve. Congratulations to all our employees who helped make achieving these awards a reality. We value your commitment to excellence.
