This June, we celebrated Pride Month by hosting engaging events to foster inclusion, education, and allyship for the LGBTQ+ community. Our Pride & Allies Employee Network Group hosted a panel discussion to shed light on the historical significance of the Stonewall Uprising and the ongoing global challenges facing the LGBTQ+ community. Panelists shared powerful perspectives on being an ally and why inclusion is vital in the workplace. Additionally, the group is organizing a Virtual Pride Parade, compiling photos and videos from participants into a vibrant showcase set to music from Pride events worldwide. Through these activities, we reaffirmed our commitment to creating an equitable environment where all employees can bring their authentic selves to work. #ImagineBetter #GlowTogether
