Great day at the office today! At Let's Go Purple, our commitment to customer empowerment is at the core of our operations. We believe in providing our customers with the best cloud telephony solutions tailored to their unique business goals, ambitions, and needs. This is why we host regular Purple Empowerment meetings, a crucial platform for our customers to discuss service operations, ambitions, and challenges. These sessions are about sharing our vision and market insights and fostering a collaborative environment where our customers' voices are heard and valued. But how can we make these meetings better? This week, Paul Smit and I had the privilege of engaging in several productive and creative brainstorming sessions with our team. Together, we explored various new ideas, solutions, and strategies to enhance our empowerment meetings. We focused on improving customer value, boosting efficiency, and fostering stronger partnerships. Why? Our goal is to make Empowerment Meetings both fun and impactful. We wish to inspire, share, and learn from our customers. Potentially fostering collaboration by creating an active cross-customer community that will meet, share, and inspire each other, supported by Purple and other brands and vendors. What makes an awesome team to work with? I was telling someone important to me about the team I work with currently. I know that it is a total #unicornteam to be a part of. Cool things about my current team: I wish I could tag all of these people but some are not on LI, but in general- no matter how busy it is (and trust me, 2021 proved this).. everyone. EVERYONE, was willing to jump in an help the person that was in the weeds. It would go something like this: Random Team Mate: "Omg. my inbox is on fire. I have 415 files to look at. Oh and I think my modem decided to jump out the window and unalive itself" Other Team Mate: "Ok. I have 15 files to look at, then I can help.. tell me where to start" We can laugh. Deven Conover has the BEST analogies to everything. She nails it everytime and cracks us up. I wish I could work with these people forever: Julie Edgar Desiree Conover Marrs Kellie Byrd Mary Moore Kristalynn Jamison Candy Barnes Erica Webb Ericka Leeth Jill D.
