As a founder, I DON'T CARE: When my employees do their work. Where my employees work from. If they take mental health days. If they work less than 40 hours. As a founder, I DO CARE: That my employees are happy. That my employees have great work life balance. That my employees feel fulfilled inside and outside of work. That my employees know we are there for them on good days and bad. We hire our people because they are amazing humans.
