To my people going into their senior year of college without any internship experience: If you missed out on landing an internship, I would still take the initiative to find other work to do this summer. Even if it’s not in your field, gaining experience working or volunteering with different people is great experience and great for your resume. #1on1sWithErika #CareerAdvice
She said she’s doing her summer jobs 😂. Marketing for her family business would tick all those boxes and life guarding is an extremely responsible job. Randomly volunteering isn’t going to tick those boxes
Don't sweat the no internship! Summer's for building experience, even outside your field. Gain skills and network - your resume will thank you.
Bartend. Teaches you more than any corporate job ever will.

1wWrite down 10 top dreams that you have don’t share them with anybody from a 05 rate them of how close you are how much you want them they’re notified make them a five if you can’t write them get rid of them. These are your values. I worked all kinds of jobs construction I work with through college bakery. I worked up bailing hay. I worked in a carnival. He gave me so much experience with real people and now I’m a court mediator and I’m a negotiator something. I never thought I’d do because I really know people, it’s not about degrees. It’s about training and core strengths within skills that you have a building to form a great question. Will set you on your quest.
