This summer, we celebrate the seventh iteration of the Erewhon in-flight menu. So often, when thinking of airplane food, what comes to mind is highly processed foods that are reheated in bulk and lack creativity, flavor, and nutritional value. The Erewhon x Aero menu collaboration means a radically different in-flight dining experience for our guests—the freshness, seasonality, and quality of Erewhon at 38,000 feet. The menu development process starts six months in advance led by Sr. Manager of Experience Aaron Schriever and includes a team tasting at Aero’s Van Nuys lounge, where Erewhon chefs and Aero team members (including our CEO!) gather to share ideas and curate next season’s offerings. Our guests are at the center of our decision-making process. We take their feedback from the previous menu, which helps us drive the initial conversations so we can bring them a refreshed menu nodding to some of their favorites. #goaero #erewhon #brandpartnership
