Epiq is proud to reflect on a successful Pride Month hosted by our LGBTQIA+ Employee Resource Group, Epiq Pride. Epiq Pride created weekly educational content focused on intersectionality and allyship, speaking to what it means and takes to promote diverse and supportive communities. Epiq was also a proud sponsor of Pride Beaverton 2024 in Beaverton, OR, where Epiq Pride, employees, families, and friends from Oregon and Southwest Washington built community, found representation, and shared educational resources to support LGBTQIA+ folks in the workplace and beyond. Epiq Pride also partnered with fellow Employee Resource Group Epiq Belonging to further the theme of intersectionality by hosting Ceah Justice and Latissia "Coach T" Cobbs to share their stories in the company-wide event “Voices of Pride: In Conversation with LGBTQIA+ Veterans”. They are both powerful voices and advocates in their communities, and we are grateful for the time they offered to speak with our employees. Pride is about both celebrating how far we've come and acknowledging how far we have left to go. At Epiq, we know there is more work to do and are proud of our Epiq Pride leadership, members, and Epiq employees for driving our progress forward. #epiqpride #pridemonth #epiqdei #diversityequityinclusion #lgbtqia+ #pride2024 #pridemonth2024
