Social Anxiety Are you someone who experiences crowd anxiety? Also known as ochlophobia, this type of social anxiety is characterized by a fear of being in large groups of people. Symptoms can include a racing heart, sweating, trembling, and shortness of breath. But don't worry, there are ways to overcome this fear. One tip is to challenge your negative thoughts by asking if there is any evidence to support them. Additionally, relaxation techniques and gradually exposing yourself to crowds can help. Seeking professional help is also an option if your anxiety is severe. Remember, be patient and understanding with yourself.
