It was a pleasure to work with the Ebiquity plc team recently 🌟 Ebiquity wanted to create a team identity, combining their unique individual strength profiles in the ‘forming phase’ of their team development. Using the Core Strengths methodology, we: ✔️Looked at their Motivational Value Systems when things were going well for them ✔️Uncovered their Conflict Sequences for when they approach their ‘storming phase’, to preserve relationships at all costs ✔️Identified their strength portraits to ensure they don’t overdo a ‘good thing’ when working together It was a pretty neat session with a great team, and an even better wall colour – would we call it a grey blue? 😁 #LeadershipDevelopment
