Thanks GrowthCap for including me on this year’s Top Women Leader's in Growth Investing list. One of only a few things cooler than being a woman in investing is helping other women in investing, which is why it’s such a joy to take stock of the ways that so very many(!!) of the other women on this list already have, and continue to, help me in my career. 💪 Whitney Kelly conducted my very first banking summer internship interview for JPM over 12 years ago in the career center at Williams College and gave me the coaching I needed to land that first role in Investment Banking 💪Tollie (Bell) Brown was a trusted confidante and motivating peer throughout my amazing years at Mainsail Partners and continues to be an awesome friend, sounding board, and neighbor. 💪 Danielle Waldman gave me great advice on navigating the job search process as I left business school at Stanford University Graduate School of Business after another badass women an investing, Kate Nimmo introduced us 💪 Caitlin V. and I built a friendship after being featured on an industry panel together; she’s always there to listen and brainstorm when I need. 💪 Laura Veroneau is a college classmate, helping chart and model for me that liberal arts à finance path, Go Ephs! 💪 Dina Berdichevsky is a force, and someone I’m glad to call a new friend. 💪 Sarah Hinkfuss is someone I solidly want to be when I grow up; she took the time to help me improve my work and thinking well beyond what was expected of her in a way that made me want to not only get much better in my work but also pay it forward for others. 💪 And every day Annaliesa Routh makes me thankful to be her colleague at Spectrum Equity, where she pushes my thinking on companies, reflects deeply on how we can be better leaders and managers, and makes going to work more fun. And to the rest of these women out there in the growth investing world, I can’t wait to meet, collaborate with, and pay it forward by helping you! 🤝

Annaliesa Routh and Emily Calkins are the definition of leadership for us: they ask questions that challenge our thinking, they approach their partnerships with portfolio leaders with rigor and humility, and they always have time for their teammates. We're immensely lucky to have them at Spectrum Equity, and couldn't be prouder of this recognition from GrowthCap as Top Women Leaders in Growth Investing. Congrats, Annaliesa and Emily! 🏆 See their write-ups (and the full list of winners here: https://lnkd.in/gQm6QmXB

Calling you a Top Woman Leader in Growth Investing is a massive underselling of your contributions to the world, but this dope! Congrats my friend 😄
