The more I think about it, using cats is a great way to work through problems in a startup. 1) Why are my customers using my product like that? They are cats 2) How do I solve this complex issue? Think like a cat 3) Why do my customers love to hate our product? They are still cats. 4) What am I supposed to do with the random dead animal my customer just gave me? Something, something cats. 💥Lesson learned: Not every problem requires a blockbuster solution! 💥 Navigating the maze of running a startup often leads us to overcomplicate the simplest challenges. Just the other day, while brainstorming with Vivek from our creative team, we found ourselves concocting intricate solutions for what should've been straightforward tasks. I paused and told him, "Look, Vivek, we're bringing out the bazookas to tackle mosquitoes here! Cheenti 🐜 maar rahe hai yahan ya phir haathi🐘 ? 😛 (No animals were harmed during this conversation) 🙌🏼 It's as if we've convinced ourselves that every hurdle is a colossal T-Rex, when sometimes it's just a friendly gecko." When you consistently deploy high-powered strategies for minor issues, you inadvertently throttle your momentum and progress takes a nosedive. It's like using a sledgehammer to crack a nut and then wondering why the table's in splinters. Save the bazookas for genuine T-Rex moments.
