SOFTEN AND FOCUS These are key elements to a woman who wants to be productive. Focus on where you're going. Keep your eye on the prize. and soften.. because a wound up tight nervous system full of worries, frustrations, resentment, and confusion is merely a bag of weights on your back slowing you down. If you want to feel more magnetic, be better with your time, strengthen your focus and feel HELD we are starting our third round of HELD. Five months together with other women of GOD. Be bold in your leadership. Set stronger boundaries. Reconnect back to your body. Restore your health. Soften and focus.

If you're the type to set goals and kind of forget about them a couple days later... I would actually encourage you to give up. Here's why: When you make small empty promises to yourself and others, you're building up and confirming an inner narrative that you are unreliable. When you fall short, you feel disappointment which is stroking an ego kink that doesn't feel good but it DOES feel familiar which is a subconscious point of comfort and permission for you to play small. Both serve you but only one of them levels you UP. When you take all goals off the table and only set ONE, then you bear fruit off the dopamine response and that small hit becomes fuel and confirmation that a bigger goal won't be so hard. So then you start to multiply at a rapid rate. All the sudden you've built up a strong query of evidence that you are in fact capable of achieving greater success and have what it takes to steward more responsibility. What would happen if every time you said yes, you followed ALL THE WAY THROUGH (even when it was inconvenient)? Would your loved ones feel safer with you? Would your boss trust you with more? Would your schedule be more stable? Would you have more money to show for your efforts? Forget about not hitting whatever goal you set.. attack it at the root. If you have a team of 2-40 and you aren't using a project management system to stay organized, you are undoubtedly leaving money on the table for your business and I can show you why by looking at your unique workflows... Sometimes people cut back on sleep to pretend to work for 12 hours a day because one feels more righteous than the other. Pivoting, scrolling, running over on meetings, hearing every other sentence in a conversation, taking 3 tries to read an email all the way through. When you don't get enough sleep you pay for it in focus. But with enough sleep, you can get 6 hours of work done in 2 and the rest of the day to do whatever you want.
