It is with great gratitude that I accept the honor of being named a member of the Lubar 25 Class of 2024. This annual program celebrates the achievements of 25 undergraduate students in the Lubar College of Business who have demonstrated excellence in academics, entrepreneurship, leadership, or service to the campus and community. I extend my appreciation to the Lubar faculty, panel of judges, and generous donors whose support and commitment make this program possible every year. I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to be part of such an amazing program. I also want to congratulate my fellow honorees, whose remarkable accomplishments and contributions have earned them a well-deserved place among the Lubar 25 Class of 2024. I joined Gallup CEO Jon Clifton to talk about how leveraging my strengths has made an impact on my life and the impact it’s making for our students. Every Volunteer takes a strengths assessment when they get to campus, allowing us to develop strategies for success and a shared language to understand one another. Every student on our campus—and many of our faculty and staff—can tell you their Top 5 strengths. (Mine are Strategic, Achiever, Positivity, Futuristic and Maximizer.)
