To me, the takeaway was that together we can generate more opportunities for our stakeholders and, by combining complementary skills, become something far greater. We've just concluded the Total Specific Solutions Italy Leadership Summit in Bologna. Among all the great presentations, 3 key simple learnings: 1) Culture eats Strategy. 2) Someone before me explained a simple concept. That's why I remembered it. 3) Lead by example. Best practices walk alongside the people who embody them. Great people, simple concepts, ambitious goals.
