https://lnkd.in/gd_XayQD Answer yes or no. 1. You just don’t deliver the expected results, you exceed it, you over deliver, you WOW, you go for a 13 when a 10 would be acceptable. 2. You don't wait to be assigned to do something, you take initiative, you take action, and you make progress before you are even asked. 3. You don't say yes to all meetings, respond to all communications, and stay on top of everything, instead you keep your focus on your vital without being distracted and consumed by the trivial. 4. You don't only work on improving your role and your area of the business, you proactively suggest improvement in and outside your area of responsibility. 5. You don't settle for being good on many things, you are actively building and growing your superpower, you are becoming excellent at a specialized skill. 6. You don't only engage in the training provided by the company, you seek advanced knowledge, expert skills and accelerated personal growth outside the company as well. If you got more than a couple of No’s… you really do need to radically step up your change and progress, immediate and urgent action is need it. Click here to see more

Bigger is always better. Until it isn’t. This psychological trick has trapped even the most powerful in its grip. Why? Because it’s a belief that has been held throughout history. ✔️ Kings ✔️ Dictators ✔️ Presidents ✔️ CEOs The commonly held belief that growth equals progress often results in the most powerful (or even the smartest) biting off more than they can chew. And here’s the thing…. The mobile home park industry isn’t exempt from falling into the clutches of this trap. Have you experienced this? 👇👇Let me know in the comments below!

It's natural to regret some of the decisions we make. When faced with tough choices, we must carefully consider our options and choose the one we will regret the least. Doing so allows us to move forward confidently, knowing that we've made the best choice possible. #DecisionMaking #Regret #MovingForward

I love Spring! What a great time to shed things that feel dim and dusty -- including mindsets. The end and beginning of each year always feel urgent, with year-end goals to meet, new goals to establish, and financials to wrap up. Spring is a great opportunity to slow your roll for a sec and think about whether you've become addicted to that urgency, and at what cost. Are you in Urgent mode, or are you in Important mode? Important work affects your business on a systemic level. So pop your head up and look around at how you spend your day. Is it fighting fires, or is it setting yourself up for long-term success? #stephanierising #therisingeffect #smallbusiness #businesscoaching

“Always act in the client’s best interest even if that means you’re not making any money at first” - Rich Paul 🏀👑 Longevity > Quick Wins One thing I’ve hated is seeing clients being scaled for the sake of scaling or upsold on services they don’t need. Remember, it’s your job to bridge the gap between being a teammate or being an outside entity. Choose to be a teammate.

A visionary in business doesn't focus on increased revenues and profits as the two most important things. Focus on product innovation to solve problems and make your customers' lives easier and more profitable; cultivate an environment for your employees to thrive; conduct your business with integrity. If you do these things, you will have much success. From my perspective, at the end of my career, I can tell you that making money matters, but I can't tell you how much I made each year. I can tell you about finishing projects when I was losing my butt, helping employees through illness and other life issues, being part of our team's accomplishments, like marriage, kids and grandkids. Having someone tell you that your company is the best place they ever worked is worth more than gold. It's not too late to make 2024 better.

If you want to be successful be intentional about your time. The best way to do this is to define your goals. Then tackle the highest payoff activities that will lead to your goals. The rest is noise.

You want to be successful, right? Do you know the most important thing you can do to drive that success for you? If not, you’d better figure it out quick. If so, you just need to figure out how focus on doing as much of it as possible! It’s easy to get distracted, but don’t let that happen to you. Make sure you spend focused time each day doing your most important thing, and your success will follow. #NoDistractions #HighestPriority #StayFocused #NeverMiss #BetterEveryDay
