**Network Update** After almost 7 years I've made the difficult decision to close one of the best chapters of my career at ConsultNet Technology Services and Solutions. I'm beyond grateful to have worked and learned from such amazing people Don Goldberg Alisia Genzler Chesen Marnie Nuttall Meredith Kaley Michael Peinado Dave Jones Kate Cervoni Roxanne N. Johnny Nobles Michael Cohen Levi Martinez Michael Wentz Michael Clough Evelyn Aleman Steve Smith William Shea Zachary MacDonald Brad Seim Kim Seim Sharalee Byers, PHR Dee Lane James PHR Melissa Gotlin Charles Holmes Jason Byun Jake Vetter Brandon Cahoon Ruben Niamien Nicole Bojanowski Kayla Durnin Chandler Benson Kara Fritz Scott Jacobs Steven Harp Marshall Mikesell Justin Larsen Karley Monell 🌺Zandria Hart🌺 @and countless others that have come and gone throughout the years. Also, a BIG thank you to my clients and consultants whom I've had the chance to work with over the years, the relationships and knowledge you've given me are tremendous. Key Takeaways: 1. Work Ethic - The only time success comes before work is in the dictionary. We can talk about our goals all we want, but action, grit and persistence are the only way to get there. Anything you want has a price tag, it's up to you to put up the sweat equity. Bet on YOURSELF - don't be afraid to go after what you truly want. 2. Leadership - as a leader the key to success are the people you lead. Treat them right, have their back, inspire them - don't instill fear. To see my team's success was arguably more rewarding than my own at times. 3. Character - it can take a lifetime to build trust with clients, and mere seconds to throw it away. Be honest with your clients, even if it costs you the deal/money. Their trust in you will determine your success. Now, on to some time in the sun before my next adventure starts in July.. keep your eyes out!!
