Mindset refers to your established set of beliefs and mental attitudes. It shapes how you see the world and yourself, influencing your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Think of it as a mental framework that impacts how you approach challenges, view your abilities, and handle setbacks. There are different mindsets, but two prominent ones are: Fixed mindset: You believe your talents and abilities are fixed traits. This can lead to a fear of failure and avoidance of challenges. Growth mindset: You believe your talents and abilities can be developed through effort and learning. This fosters a willingness to learn, embrace challenges, and persist through difficulties. By cultivating a growth mindset, you can improve your resilience, motivation, and overall achievement. . . . follow Ravi Ranjan for more. #motivationalpost #mindset #corporate #motivationalwords #linkedin #raviranjanfreelancerecruiter

Grow Your Mindset 🧠 #Personality Mindset 👱🏻♂️ It is not only your abilities, It's your personal qualities too. You can do the things differently, but the important parts of who you are can't really be changed. 🔹4. You can always change basic things about the kind of person you are. 👉🏼Questions 1 & 3 are the #fixed mindset questions. 👉🏼Questions 2 & 4 refelct the #growth mindset. 🕸️ Which #mindset did you agree with more? Ever caught yourself thinking, "He's just lucky ya, he gets such amazing opportunities! Apna bhi time aayega!" Often, the answer lies in mindset. Our "Reticular Activating System" (RAS), a network of neurons in the brainstem, acts as a filter. It literally prioritises info aligned with our beliefs. Believe you can't achieve something, and guess what? Your RAS diligently screens out anything suggesting otherwise. Conversely, a growth mindset, fuelled by self-belief, opens your RAS to possibilities you might have otherwise missed. Here's how to harness the power of mindset: 🧠 Reframe limitations: Instead of "I can't," say "I haven't learned that yet." This fosters a learning mindset, crucial for growth. 🏆 Celebrate small wins: Each success, no matter how small, reinforces your RAS that progress is possible. 🧘♂️ Visualize success: Mentally rehearsing achieving your goals strengthens neural pathways, priming your brain for action. ☕ Seek inspiration: Surround yourself with positive, driven individuals who will lift your spirits and expand your horizons. Remember, your mindset is a CHOICE. Choose to believe in yourself, unlock your potential, and watch the possibilities unfold. ✨ What limiting beliefs are you ready to challenge today? Share in the comments! P.S. Check out Carol Dweck's brilliant book "Mindset: The New Psychology of Success."

𝐈𝐬 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐬𝐞𝐭 𝐇𝐨𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐤? 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐭𝐡 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐬𝐞𝐭 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬 We all know that feeling: stuck in a rut, overwhelmed by doubt, and convinced that success is just out of reach. But what if I told you that the key to unlocking your potential might not lie in external factors, but in something much closer to home - your mindset? A growing body of research suggests that our mindset – our fundamental beliefs about our abilities and potential – plays a crucial role in shaping our outcomes. These two distinct mindsets have been identified: 1. 🧠 𝐅𝐢𝐱𝐞𝐝 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐬𝐞𝐭: The belief that our intelligence, talents, and abilities are fixed and unchangeable. This mindset can lead to fear of failure, avoidance of challenges, and ultimately, limited achievement. 2. 🌳 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐭𝐡 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐬𝐞𝐭: The belief that our intelligence, talents, and abilities can be developed and improved through effort and learning. This mindset fosters resilience, a willingness to take risks, and a continuous pursuit of growth. The evidence for the power of a growth mindset is compelling. Studies have shown that students with a growth mindset outperform those with a fixed mindset in academic achievement, even when controlling for factors like IQ. Similarly, research in the workplace has found that employees with a growth mindset are more likely to be engaged, motivated, and successful in their careers. So, how can we cultivate a growth mindset? Here are a few tips: 🗣 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐧𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟-𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐤. When you catch yourself thinking "I can't do this" or "I'm not good enough," reframe those thoughts into opportunities for learning and growth. 👩🏫 𝐄𝐦𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐞𝐭𝐛𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐬 𝐚𝐬 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐬. View mistakes as stepping stones, not roadblocks, and use them to inform your future efforts. 💪 𝐂𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐞𝐟𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬, 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐬. Focus on the hard work you put in and the progress you've made, rather than solely on the end result. 😊 𝐒𝐮𝐫𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐩𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞. Seek out mentors and colleagues who believe in your potential and encourage you to keep growing. By adopting a growth mindset, you can unlock your true potential and achieve things you never thought possible. Remember, your mindset is not a fixed trait; it's something you can cultivate and nurture over time. #mindset #growthmindset #psychology #success #motivation

I can not push the can down the road anymore. Is that what you are doing? ---------- Years ago, I decided I wanted to see if making changes in my thinking would take me to a more fullfilled life and career. ---------- The battle began: Fixed Mindset vs Growth Mindset. ---------- The Fixed Mindset team: Feedback are viewed as personal attack; Challenges are avoided to prevent failures; Talent is fixed so effort and practice is not important; Giving up easily and views setback as permanent failures; Comparison with others is the norm and success of others is a threat; The Growth Mindset team: Talent can be developed; Feedbacks are opportunities for growth; Other's success is a source of inspiration; Failures are inevitable and there for learnings; Challenges are embraced because of motivation to succeed; ---------- Few years on and the results are in: I made my dreams my reality; I hired myself as my own CEO; I live by design and not by default; I have clarity of what I want my life and career to look like; I live an healthier life, physically and mentally, now than 5 years ago; ---------- How I did that? I learnt to create my own reality. I visualise it. I focused my attention. I raised my awareness. I adopted a different way of thinking. ---------- You can shift that Fixed Mindset too! Just DM the word MINDSET and we can start the conversation. ---------
