Executive and Leadership Coach, Keynote Speaker, Facilitator, Expert OD/HR Consulting on Managing Change

I am honored to be a part of the Adjunct faculty at the The Executive Leadership Council (ELC) … Today, I co-led led a course for current and aspiring leaders with an amazing and esteemed coach and colleague Olu Burrell, MSOD, PCC . It was a powerful day, field with growth mindset, emotional intelligence, and how to be strategic in your career. Then, later on tonight I hosted an optional workshop for the conference attendees , that I designed .. The title of the session was “ How are you black man?”.. In this session we created a safe space for black men to talk about how they’re really doing at work and in their personal lives… I was anle to share the stage with another esteemed colleague and friend Dr. Gamaliel Cherry, whom was an ultimate contributed to this workshops design.. I am grateful that there are spaces for Black people to excel as leaders at work. The ELC is committed to support “ black faces, in high places” … what a joy and privilege, that I get to do this work. I love while making an intentional impact .. I am thankful for every single participant who contributed and engaged in the sessions today (and this week)… For me, there is no greater joy than working in your passion and walking in your purpose … PS, adding some selfies of a couple colleagues and friends whom I am thrilled to share this platform and space with .. Andre W. Thornton and Ranieka Weston, PCC, SHRM-SCP thank you for your friendship and always keeping me motivated and challenged in this work!
