#WorforceWednesday update! The CT Manufacturing Internship program continues to grow - and tour industry around the state to expose awesome career options and insights! Greatly appreciate the open doors and participation of TRIUMPH - Leonard Smith sharing Triumph overview, tours from Laurence Melillo and Krista Tetrault, and career journey advice fromMatt Nilsen, Jon Mix, Emily Shallo Misiura, Morgan Whalen and Nicholas Siarkowski! You all rocked it, and impressed the 30 college interns visiting! Special appreciation to operations guru Farnosh Sadler for coordination of all things good. cc: Paul S. 1moWe would want the students to stay in CT upon graduation. Can't afford to have a "brain drain". Are there stats on which firms, NAICS (SIC) code, firm size, etc that the new graduates join? Perhaps, it could be obtained from their alumni office.
