🎯💰 Do you want to multiply the results of your teams, projects, sales, customer retention and minimize costs in a sustainable and scalable way? 👉 Here's the recipe: Focus on Human Relations. 🧠This inspiring and short TED talk inspired me to share this quick and revealing exercise with you. ✅️ Change the word "educator" (during this speech) to leader/director/chief of staff, (or any responsible role with a team in charge). ✅️ Change the word "students" to workers/professionals/employees/customers... human beings who interact directly or indirectly in the company. ➡️ Now answer this short 4 questions: 1.- From 0 to 10, how is the self-esteem of each of them? 2.- What simple changes can you start making today to improve your relationship with them and even more importantly, their relationship with themselves? 3.- What unmet (hidden) needs do they have? 4.- What would be the one thing that, if you integrated it as a ritual, would be able to leverage all the other objectives? 🕵♀️ Hint: Think of this as a Common Denominator and make it as pleasant as possible so that it offers the least resistance.
