Some of what we believe is a sales, marketing, or product problems are Go-To-Market problems. Many companies fail to understand and define their GTM motions first then work on unifying the teams toward the GTM. No wonder why teams aren't in synce when you miss this step and symptoms start to appear as shortage in acquisition or revenue reduction...etc Foundations first.
