Great write-up from Rodney, including our goal to ensure seamless continuity for every Splunk partner until full integration. On the move to add SMB segment to his title, "For me, it's a proxy on how we leverage the scale of partners to address a set of customers." Couldn't agree more! #Ciscopartner #partnerprogram #channelpartners

🚀 Navigating the New VMware by Broadcom Landscape: A Guide for Resellers & Providers 🚀 🔍 In light of the recent announcements (see the repost here of engaging #CRNArticle from O'Ryan Johnson) on #VMware by #Broadcom partner plans. There's a lot of questions about the changes affecting our cherished reseller/provider #PartnerConnect community. While some fear being sidelined, it's essential to remember: our industry thrives on evolution, yet its core – partnership – remains constant. 🤝 At TD SYNNEX, we're committed to clarifying your path forward in these changing times. The shift in the IT channel, driven partly by challenges like the scarcity of IT talent, hasn't deterred us; instead, we've embraced P2P/white labeling solutions. Now, it's about adapting and exploring new avenues for collaboration and support in this domain. 💡 The real contest lies in how effectively VMware can continue to add value in on-premise data centers where truthfully a majority of IT infrastructure still resides. The value unlocked with vSphere and vCenter is immense, yet underutilized without additions like vSAN or NSX to deliver on a more "cloud-like" experience. The challenge? Ensuring these platforms evolve into more agile, SDDC solutions to remain relevant and powerful. The broader VMware stack, coupled with a robust and skilled partner community like ours, is poised to unlock incredible value for organizations relying mainly on vSphere only. 📢 Your Voice Matters! Let's discuss your journey in this evolving landscape. Whether you're currently working with us or not, TD SYNNEX's specialist VMware team are here to guide and support. Reach out to me directly to explore your options in this new VMware era. 🔗 #ITChannelEvolution #P2PPartnership #DataCenterInnovation #SMBResilience #TechPartnership #VMwareEvolution #BroadcomTransition #TechCollaboration #SMBTechSupport Isabella Hedges Ash Searle Paul Barrick Jorge Cuesta Rachel Paterson Simon Bennett Rafiq Dewji Stephanie Roger Gavin Deering Brian McCrory Kurt Kiefer Simon Rutherford Art Malinowski Jon Williams Stuart B. #Broadcom brings us another dual-edged gift this Christmas! On the partner side, this uncertainty is mind-boggling, but I can only imagine it's part of the plan to shed workload and workforce. On the flip side, alternatives to VMware, such as Triton DataCenter are well positioned for service providers and partners to switch to. These alternatives offer a unique opportunity to explore new, potentially more efficient, and cost-effective solutions. The shift in the market landscape encourages innovation and competition, leading to better services and products for customers. Ultimately, while the immediate uncertainty is challenging, it could pave the way for a more diverse and dynamic ecosystem in the virtualization and cloud services space. This could be a silver lining for those willing to adapt and embrace new technologies. https://lnkd.in/gcJX_Gem

Broadcom announced quarterly earning yesterday and but was quiet regarding VMWare Software sales. It's early in the integration process but perhaps the shift in GTM strategy might be impacting earnings? Modifying the GTM strategy might be the best way to go but these strategic changes should always be paired with a strong Business Value Strategy that helps Account Reps share the Return-on-Investment (ROI) to key customer stakeholders. #Broadcom #VMWare #Earnings #TechIndustry #businessvalue #roi
