If you're the same person you were last year, or even just a day ago, you're not growing. In order to make an impact you need to BE THE BEST VERSION OF YOU! Here's why that's crucial, our ability to help others around us is directly tied to our own growth. It's not selfish—it's ESSENTIAL! When you commit to bettering yourself, you're not just benefiting you; you're elevating everyone around you. Think about it, the only way we can consistently show up for others is by first showing up for ourselves. It's about shedding the old versions of ourselves and stepping into the newest, most evolved version. So, let me ask you a few questions: -Is your mind renewing? -Is your spirit renewing? And most importantly, are you prioritizing yourself or putting yourself last? If you're not putting yourself first, it's time for a mindset shift. It's time to PRIORITIZE your PERSONAL GROWTH, because when you do, you're not just transforming your own life—you're creating a ripple effect of positive change that touches everyone around you.

Absolutely, prioritizing personal growth isn't just about self-improvement; it's about being able to contribute more effectively to the world around us. When we commit to becoming the best version of ourselves, we not only enhance our own lives but also empower others by setting an example of continuous growth and improvement. It's a ripple effect that extends far beyond ourselves, impacting our relationships, communities, and society as a whole. So, let's embrace the journey of personal growth and transformation, knowing that by investing in ourselves, we're also investing in a brighter and more impactful future for everyone.

📌 A good starting place is constantly asking yourself: - What am I after? - What's getting in my way? - Who do I need to become to do that with ease? - What do I need to learn to make it happen

Absolutely, Ed! I couldn't agree more. Personal growth is not only essential for our own well-being and fulfillment, but it also has a profound impact on those around us. When we commit to becoming the best version of ourselves, we are able to show up for others in a more meaningful and impactful way. I believe that personal growth is a continuous journey of self-discovery and self-improvement. It requires us to constantly challenge ourselves, step out of our comfort zones, and embrace change. It's about shedding the old versions of ourselves and embracing the newest, most evolved version. As you mentioned, prioritizing ourselves is not selfish; it's necessary. By taking care of our own needs and investing in our personal growth, we become better equipped to serve others. It's like the analogy of putting on your own oxygen mask first before helping others on a plane. We can't pour from an empty cup. So let me ask you this: How do you prioritize your personal growth?

Ed Mylett Absolutely agree! 😎 Personal growth isn't just about self-improvement—it's about empowering ourselves to make a greater impact on the world around us. Prioritizing our own growth isn't selfish; it's essential for our ability to show up fully for others. By continuously evolving and renewing our minds and spirits, we not only become the best versions of ourselves but also elevate those around us. Let's commit to this journey of self-betterment and create a positive ripple effect that touches lives far beyond our own. Here's to prioritizing personal growth and making a difference! 💪" I believe this would be an excellent topic for discussion with my non English-speaking colleagues. Amen 🙏🏼. Growth is a journey. That is for sure. If you put in the hardwork to deal with understanding past traumas that may be spilling out in different ways/areas of your life...life gets so much better. What wounds are holding you back? Fear, Shame, Sadness, Deceit, Anger? It's so important to take a deep dive into self inventory of memories & actions. #MAXOUT #ONEMORE #BUILDALEGACY
