Insightful and energizing day with Last Mile Delivery Conference & Expo surrounded by delivery experts from FedEx, Walmart, Saks OFF 5TH, and other global retailers and delivery logistic solution organizations. It was exciting to share how Edible Brands is unlocking eCommerce growth through constant CRO with a focus on our delivery offerings, and contribute to a panel with Chinmay Gupta (EG America), Sairam Subramaniam (Walmart), and Patrick LaFollette (OneRail) on how having a customer-centric focus creates a win-win-win for brand, customers, and delivery partners. Some of my takeaways from the day include: ⚡ Customers are returning to retail to discover new products; creating those discovery moments digitally is key for eCommerce growth. ⚡ If you are not personalizing and customizing your site experience and delivery offerings, you're behind. ⚡ eCommerce brands must create options for customers within the digital shopping experience without burdening the customer with decisions. #LastMileDelivery #eCommerce

It was great being a part of the panel. Erica Randerson I’m expanding on one of your takeawys as we discussed it more than a few times. Not only are you behind if you’re not personalizing and customizing the delivery offerings, but as we agree you’re leaving revenue on the table. People are and will pay for the better experience and to have options.
