It was an absolute delight to meet once again with our esteemed ECI Group team, this time a in the vibrant city of Krakow in Poland for our annual gathering 2024. Held at the prestigious Pałac Pod Baranami and organised in coordination with the team of our Polish Partner MEISSNER & PARTNERS Executive Search and Organizational Development, this event marked yet another significant milestone in our collective journey towards excellence. During our 3-day gathering, we engaged in profound discussions, sharing innovative strategies to navigate our dynamic profession. We were inspired by three distinguished guest speakers, Krzysztof Szymczak, Wioletta Barwicka-Lofthouse, Marcin Petrykowski, as well as Clare Mahon from the Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants (AESC), whose perspectives fueled a spirit of continuous improvement among us. Beyond the confines of our meeting room, we had the opportunity to explore the enchanting city of Krakow, the cultural gem of Poland. From its historic landmarks to its culinary delights, our exploration of the city was not only a feast for the senses but also a deeply reflective journey. Through a visit to the Auschwitz Camp, confronting the darkness of the past, we reaffirmed our commitment to fostering a future guided by compassion, empathy, and unwavering respect for the inherent dignity of every individual. As we reflect on the invaluable experiences and insights gained during our time together, we emerge with a renewed sense of purpose and determination to foster even stronger collaboration and elevate our standards, built on a legacy of more than 55 years.
