Reducing #recruitinghurdles With a lot of our customers we had discussions if the creation of an account in #SuccessFactors #Recruiting is beneficial or hindering. There are good reasons for both - but with SuccessFactors you had to take one way - no choice. OK - you are able to get everything on one page, but you still had to ask for a password... We have build an extension for recruiting allowing candidates to key in only urgently required fields and the rest in done automatically. Candidates still will have an account but no hazzle. |#celebratingsuccess. I was thrilled when I received the feedback for Breaking the Glass Ceiling in the Q4 SAP test of the recruitment module on SuccessFactors. I couldn't contain my excitement as I had put in so much effort and hard work while ensuring an End-to-end use of the recruitment module on SAP. The positive feedback only validated my dedication and commitment to delivering high-quality work. One thing that helped me was: 1. #Preparation: I invested a considerable amount of time in studying and understanding the recruitment module. I made sure to be well-versed in the recruitment module of Success Factors and familiarized myself with the key concepts and functionality. 2. #handsonexperience: I took advantage of any opportunity to gain hands-on experience with the recruitment module. This included participating in virtual training sessions, practicing on the platform, and seeking guidance. 3. #criticalthinking: I approached the test questions with a critical mindset, analyzing each scenario and applying my knowledge to come up with innovative solutions. I thought outside the box and considered various perspectives to ensure comprehensive answers. 4. Continuous learning: I continuously sought to expand my knowledge and skills in the recruitment module, staying updated with any new developments or best practices. This commitment to ongoing learning helped me approach the test with a well-rounded understanding of the subject matter. Celebrating my Small win
