In an era that praises quick wins, let's take a moment to celebrate the unsung hero(ine) of sustainable success: the long-term commitment.
Since she started working, my dear wife, Marie-Catherine PHAM served 3 hospitals in 21 years. And she has been General Manager of Établissement public de santé Barthélemy Durand for the past 10 years. Tomorrow is her last day at this hospital.
10 years are way too long?
No, not really...
10 years is an interesting timing for having a sustainable and lasting impact on an organisation. And reach a cruising altitude where a general manager leave room to his/her teams to contributive autonomy. And Marie has been so #happy and #proud to serve EPSBD during this period!
